    started

Traditional business people need special care and approach in order to embrace and test social media.
We need your lights on this.

My lights are here!: I wrote this post just because of the 13 votes here.

    Add more case studies
    planned

The suggestion for case studies also came up in the global survey (results coming in Mid May)

To find all posts tagged case study, go here:

I'll be retagging previous case studies when I get time.

    Discuss where the line is

    between personal and professional

I recently became a community manager for a site with really active/strange users. They now watch my youtube videos of my newborn boy, sign up as my facebook friends, mail me gifts at work...

What does Tom at MySpace do? How do you hide, do you even bother trying hide?

add a wiki to blog postings

Some of your posts are regularly and repeatedly updated from information in the comments. You could also add a wiki so commenters could make their own updates to lists.

    Be more approachable

Your content is good, but frankly I do not want to refer you to others as your style of writing is very arrogant

Damn, do I come across as arrogant? That's not my intention, I'll work on that.

So how do you suggest I do that? I have a very hard time handling the emails and requests, so it's hard to manage in a thoughtful way.

Thanks for being forth coming, I'm listening.
