Where is the Podcast?
I would love to get a weekly podcast, where you invite people on to have en open debate on this weeks top stories and web strategy in general. Have you readers use new media tools to shape the conversation.

add a wiki to blog postings
Some of your posts are regularly and repeatedly updated from information in the comments. You could also add a wiki so commenters could make their own updates to lists.

Software under a free license like the GPL that can assist with internal processes is an area not well served for the enterprise.
